DH dug out the two beds for me today. We’re putting together a different plan of action for next year’s gardening. I’ll be able to use the plots for late summer/fall veggies, but will have to add netting and soaker hoses. But I’m so happy we’ve got 6 tomatoes left! And the peppers and strawberries may yet live. We’ll see.

The 3 littles played at the neighbors’ today. They were hot and sweaty and red-skinned by the time they came home. What fun! They got to play in the neighbor’s trampoline.

They’re (all 4) also planning a joint birthday party this year, sometime in early fall. Hahaha….

Almost done with the piles upon piles of papers. Finally putting years of work into separate binders. P&M both have binders that will be labeled “undated” — work/drawings that they want to keep but neglected to put dates.

Today since the focus was on reorganization, the 3 littles got to play for hours with their Spiderman — oops, excuse me, M said it’s supposed to be Spider-Man, and by golly, he’s right! At least that’s what the movie posters say. Anyway, M got a bunch of pics; he’s really got a talent for this, of Spider-Man and his “enemies” in various poses.

They also played several card games today, after finding The Klutz Book of Card Games.

Aisa baked a beautiful french apple tart today. I baked a chicken with a grapey gravy.
