the hardest thing about this cake is plating it, as it’s so fragile:(…. but ooh, yum. this was supposed to be for paco’s First Holy Eucharist celebration yesterday, but didn’t get done until today as we decided to eat out instead…. so now it’s also a special gift for my hubby, who has wheat sensitivities.
