Serves 8.

2 cups milk/rice milk/almond milk/soy milk (or a combination)
6 oranges, peeled and de-seeded
1 container frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
ice

Blend everything until smooth. Serve immediately. (no pictures, camera died 2 months ago 🙁 )
