Marion Nestle who wrote What to Eat is on the clip. I read the book a few months ago — the book confirmed a lot of what I already knew, but also gave me an education on several more things. I’d recommend the book for anyone who doesn’t read a lot about food safety or where our food comes from because Marion Nestle puts it all together in one book so you don’t have to go hunting down the information. Her readers, though, might get the feeling the book’s title should have been “What Not to Eat”.
