Want to try your hand at homemade noodles? How about a spicy noodle dish? Or, if you prefer, something fast and easy, with lots of sizzle!
I’ve stepped up to the plate (no pun intended) and am now blogging daily (except Sundays) for AboutWeblogs.com’s Asian Cuisine blog. Come visit me there sometime!

Yummm!!!
Congratulations on your new blogging venture!
Hi Stef – The region where my Wife is from Shandong. is famous for the hand made noodles, and my MIL makes them when she visits. Yours looks great. BTW, for my MIL, a pasta machine is a no-no, when she visits, we hide it!
Hey congratulations on the new blogging gig. My mother used to make noodles like this. They were made out of just water, flour, and 1 egg. We called them “fat noodles” and everyone in our family loved them.
desertpinoy — salamat! hindi naman talaga masipag, mahilig lang:D
barb and kalyn, thanks! it’s actually not a new thing, i’ve been blogging there since june(?) but my posting has been quite sporadic because of travel. i’ve got renewed commitment though!
kirk, heehee… i knew someone would comment about the pasta machine. i’d like to think it’s one way i (julia-child-wanna-be) could make asian food more accessible to the convenience-oriented American audience. i don’t blame you for hiding yours LOL.
kalyn, noodle making is fun! every kid should get the chance to do it!
