1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
a cup of organic low-fat plain yogurt (or you can use vanilla)
1/2 cup rice milk (or regular milk)
1/3-1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
juice of half a lemon if you like
half a handful of mint leaves

Blend in a blender:)

try a pinch of black pepper too!

serves 2 adults, or a few thirsty kids
