Starting to get overwhelmed with all the things I need to do for the garden.

– plant out the asparagus crowns
– plant out the strawberry plants
– plant out the blueberry bushes
– plant out the raspberry brambles
– plant out the black currant and red currant
– plant out the summer-flowering bulbs
– plant out my new babies
– prepare beds for the peas, beans, okra, etc.
– install trellises

i’m really happy though, the bulbs are just beautiful, i didn’t know hyacinths smelled so lovely!!! and a perfect pair to the yellow daffs. the only “mistake” i guess i made was to put the really cute muscari up front. they have a really striking blue-violet color, with tiny white tips, but they’re just so *tiny* that it’s hard to see and appreciate them unless you’re up close.

have no idea if those roses are dead or not. the hydrangeas too.

the irises are looking well, can’t wait to have them bloom so i can figure out which one’s which!

i’m still a bit apprehensive about my “a”s and “c”s…. hardly any of them have sprouted. don’t know if it was *my* fault or not. we shall see.
