the 2.35 ac turned out to be icky. too many trees, creek….
then looked at a $175K 5-ac lot with a supposedly 4128 sqf 6-BR house. same thing. too steep a slope to be of any use after the first half-acre or so…. detached garage. have no idea how that place could be even 2500 sqf, much less 4128!
oh well… gotta keep looking.
