Hi Carole! Fortunately, food words are my specialty 🙂 — out of that list I don’t know “capperi” (guessing — capers?), “scaglie” (scales maybe?) — but scales of Grana cheese doesn’t sound very appetizing LOL, and “ortaggi” (no guesses on that one)! Those go on the vocabulary list 😀
Dev, I’ll be sure to send recipes or at least ideas you can try…
